Essay

The present dissertation is dedicated to the problems of the quality of brewer?s barley and forming of a big crop. On the basis of long-term researches having been carried out, the importance of high quality genotype as the basic factor of the quality of brewer's barley has been shown in the dissertation. According to the task and on the basis of experimental data and theoretical justification modern technologies of brewer's barley growing, based on the plant development, crop forming and its quality have been worked out. The necessity of even distribution of the seeds during the process of sowing, as the agricultural measure assisting the better output improving the effectiveness of mineral fertilizers distribution and seeding rate in ensuring the optimization of structure elements of crop capacity and interaction with malt quality has been proved. According to the influence of soil and climate factors on the growth and development of the plants, crop forming, its quality on the basis of the results of implementation the zone of brewer's barley culturing as an element of forest-steppe zone has been sorted out.
