Object: heart rate variability, baroreflex, circadian rhythms, cardiovascular system, autonomic nervous system, production of melatonin people different age. The purpose of investigation is to define the mechanisms of age changes of biological rhythms of cardiovascular system and to develop approaches to correction of their abnormalities with aging. Methods: clinical, biochemical, instrumental. Primary factor of abnormality of circadian rhythms in ageing is decrease of production of melatonin by epiphysis. Decrease of heart rate variability in ageing is connected to abnormality of baroreflexive regulation. For the correction of abnormalities of circadian rhythms of cardiovascular system and autonomic regulation of haemodynamic it is recommended to use the prescription of preparations of melatonin and epithalamin.
