Object of research: development of transnational compound global integration of economic systems. The purpose of dissertational work is development of the concept of formation транснационализации the interconnected economic systems micro-, mezo-, macro-, the purpose and a megalevel during global integration. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of scientific abstraction, the analysis and synthesis, a method of system generalization, the comparative analysis, a method of expert interrogation, methods of the economic-mathematical analysis and modelling. Theoretical results: will consist in definition of a new direction of scientific researches of global integration of economic systems, development of the concept транснационализации economic systems micro-, mezo-, macro-, the purpose and a megalevel. Practical results: act as a scientific basis for development of nation-wide strategy of interaction with subjects of transnational business both foreign, and a national origin. Scientific novelty: for the first time: methodological bases of maintenance of optimum interaction of global corporations with economic systems macro-, the purpose and a megalevel are offered; the methodological approach to an estimation of transnationalisation potential of economic systems of micro- and mezolevel is developed; the mechanism of interaction of the state with transnational on the basis of model of " strategic partnership " as compound formation of integration strategy of Ukraine is developed; it is advanced: ordering of economic concepts and theories of transnationanalisation behind logic and consecutive evolution; structural model of interaction of economic systems; conceptual approaches to research of the mechanism of formation of internal system of competitive advantages of global corporations; a paradigm of formation of strategy of expansion of the markets global corporations; has received the further development: definition of key categories which characterize process of economic globalization; typology of motivation of foreign investment activity ТНК; model of the coordination of interests of the country of basing, the countries which accept, and the purposes of activity of transnational corporations; definition of concept "strategic partnership between the state and of transnational corporations". Degree of introduction: results research are used in activity of National Institute of Strategic Kesearches, Committee of the Supreme Rada on Questions Industrial Regulation and policy and businesses, Committee on questions of economic policy of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine, the State Commission under Securities and the Share Market of Ukraine, Central Administrative Board of Economy of Donetsk Regional State Administration, Regional Branch of National Institute of Strategic Researches, Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber, Donetsk City Council, Open Society "Metallurgical plant after the name of Ilyich", Open Society "Azovstal", Open Company "Group" Energo", and also in educational process of Donetsk National University.
