Sobol A. Geometrical modeling of splitting sets at ter-ritorial planning in sphere of civil defense

Object - a class of discrete - continuous problems of splitting, characteristic for territorial planning in sphere of civil protection; the purpose - development and introduction in practice of theoretical bases and methods of geometrical modelling of splitting of sets with the set discrete and continuous characteristics, on not crossed subsets; methods - positions of applied geometry, the sys-tem approach, the theory of decision-making, the theory of utility, elements of topology, methods of mathematical and geometrical modelling, geometrical designing, ele-ments of the functional analysis, methods of analytical, multivariate and computing geometry, optimization, dis-crete applied geometry; theoretical and practical results - are developed new methods of geometrical modelling of irregular and regular rational splitting of sets on subsets which are based on geometrical properties of areas of al-lowable decisions and is carried out their geometrical and computer modelling; scientific novelty - the uniform ap-proach to formalization of restrictions for the first time is developed and is given their geometrical interpretation in discrete - continuous problems of rational splitting not crossed sets on subsets and their general mathematical model is written down and its features are investigated, influence of parameters of the developed models on quan-tity of territorially distributed elements of system of civil protection for the first time is determined; degree of intro-duction - it is introduced in Department of civil protection of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Ukraine and in Central administrative board of the Ministry of Emer-gency Measures of Ukraine in the Kharkov area, it is in-troduced at the State enterprise, a research facilities "Elite" institute plant growing by him V.J.Jurjeva of the Ukrain-ian academy of agrarian sciences; sphere of use - struc-tural divisions of civil protection and reaction to extreme situations of regional managements of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Ukraine and the design organiza-tions of sphere of service and preservation of the envi-ronment
