Essay

The subject of the research is the conifer and hard-wood saw timber drying process as stochastic process; aim - development of resource saving convection saw timber drying technology with setting indices of drying quality. Novelty - have been developed saw timber drying theory with the stochastic conditions of drying kinetic by the registration actual dispersion of physical proprieties of wood, aerodynamic and temperature fields of kilns, theoretically described and experimentally confirmed prognosis and setting indices of saw timber drying quality with the regis-tration actual dispersion of initial and equilibrium moisture contents, had developed the method of drying kinetic conifer and hard-wood saw tim-bers in low temperatures kilns, witch permit to definite by analytic middle any thickness and species saw timber drying kinetic, algorithm of calcu-lation finish moisture content dispersion in this kilns with consideration the accident initial and boundary conditions, selected method of near op-timumdrying regimes with setting indices of drying quality for different wood species. Results - were created the method of analytics calculated of drying kinetic conifer and hard-wood saw timbers in low temperatures kilns, the algorithm for calculate the finish moisture content dispersion of saw timbers, express-method of preliminary assess of saw timber drying quality by the registration actual dispersion of initial moisture contents and air circulation speed in timber stokes with the aim to improve of qual-ity convection saw timber drying process, saving resources of wood and energy. At four enterprises of woodworking industry have been intro-duced.
