Essay

It was proposed the conceptual model of the health care system for cardiologic patients with stress states that included the new algorithm of comprehensive monitoring of psychoemotional state of patients with cardiovascular diseases fixed functional charges of somatic physicians and psychotherapists. The scheme of management of complex medical care for patients with cardiovascular diseases was proposed for somatic physicians especially of the primary level.
