Ladychenko V. Humanistic bases of the organization of the state power

The thesis provides the understanding of humanistic bases of the organization of the government as important regulator of harmonious functioning of relations "the government - the person", the factor of integration of a society. The methodology of ways of development of the legal theory which demands the deep system analysis in measurement of understanding of the relation to interrelation and interdependence of the person and the power, power consideration as complete system from the point of view of quality indicators of its organization, the decision of modern ethic-humanistic aspects of the organization of the government is formulated. Reconsideration of unity and integrity of the government which is provided with presence of proof interrelations between its branches on the basis of social unity of the power as unities of basic ideas and values of a society is offered. It is proved law and ethical questions which provide possibility of new dialogue of the person and the government.
