Omelchenko V. „The logistic strategy of development of world economy in conditions of globalization”

Object of research: process of formation of strategy of logistical management by streams of resources in world and national economy in conditions of globalization. The purpose of dissertational work is development of theoretical and methodological bases of formation of logistical strategy of development of economic in conditions of globalization and on this basis - the complete scientific concept Ukrainian economy logistisation in system of institutional maintenance of its competitiveness in the world economy. Methods of research: a method of dialectic knowledge, a method of the historical analysis; methods of the system analysis and synthesis; a method of an establishment of relationships of cause and effect; a method of the system - structural analysis; methods of economic-mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: will consist in the conceptual decision of a problem of formation and development of world logistical economy and development of theoretical and methodological bases of maintenance of process of Ukrainian economy logistisation as factor of increase of its international competitiveness. Practical results: that methodological, theoretical positions, conclusions and recommendations of dissertational work act as a scientific basis of development of nation-wide strategy of increase of competitiveness of national economy on the basis of strategy total logistisation of economic processes with the purpose of ocurrence of Ukraine in global economic space as the equal in rights partner. Scientific novelty: for the first time: it is formulated a logistical paradigm of development world and national economy in conditions of globalization; it is offered definitions of a category " logistical economy "; methodological bases of definition of the status of global economic organization (GEO) are developed; it is formulated and is proved the concept of development of the national long-term program of continuation of economic reforms in Ukraine; it is advanced: definition of a category "logistic"; scientific- methodical approaches according to efficiency of industrial - commercial activity of the economic organization (including GEO) on management of material streams on the basis of model " actual effect / optimum (potential) effect " in view of definition of the obvious and latent economy of resources; have received the further development: the concept of the international innovative logistic; the theory of systems regarding a substantiation of the conceptual device of a category «logistical system»; Conceptual approaches to definition of a category «global logistical system».Degree of introduction: results research are entered: at the state level: National Institute of Strategic Researches (Kiev); Constant Delegation of Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine in Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation; at a regional level: Donetsk Regional State Administration; Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry; at a level of the enterprises: Donetsk Railway Authority; OAO "Severnyy GOK"; OAO "Metallurgical combinate "Azovstal"; ZAO " Donetskstal " - metal works " and also in educational process of Donetsk National University and in Donetsk National University of Economy and Trade of a name of Michael Tugan-Baranovskiy.
