It is denoted ways of optimization professional preparation specialists in Higher Educational Institutions, developed structural functional model of optimization future physical training teachers' professional preparation in dissertation. It is formulated bases of using program-target approach in management of students' in Higher Educational Institutions, proved that manager has great sense in management of future specialists' professional preparation. Scientifically substantiated sense of credit-module system organization of training, developed and implanted the technology of professional preparation by credit-module system, which consists of three periods: preparatory, studying and drawing a conclusion. It is established complex of diagnostically ways of estimating students' knowledge and skills using information-communication technology, developed single technology of students' knowledge and skills confirmed effectiveness of model of optimization future physical training teachers' professional preparation based on exposed figures of preparation to professional activity.
