Improvement of quality of medical and social rehabilitations of children with mental health disorders thanks to finding-out of features of formation of mental health of children, definition of a role of factors of physical (somatic), social and spiritual health in development of mental diseases at children's age; scientific substantiation of new system of medical and social rehabilitations, to working out and introduction of ways of treatment and rehabilitation of children with mental health disorders on the basis of the complex multidisciplinary approach taking into account parametres of the functional diagnosis.Novelty. For the first time in Ukraine: influence of factors of physical (somatic), social and spiritual health on mental health of children is defined, are proved medical and social actions for the prevention of the harmful influences of these; laws of formation of mental diseases at children are established, classification of mental diseases is compared with parametres of complex diagnosis of physical (somatic), social and spiritual health ; necessity of the complex, system, multidisciplinary approach of the organisation and rendering treatment and prophylactic is proved the psychiatric help to children; qualitatively new system the of medical and social rehabilitations of children with mental health disorders, as a component of system of the organisation of the psychiatric help to children, was scientifically proved and developed.
