Chernyavska Y. Restructuring of an enterprise: political and economic aspects

Object of research: processes of structural changes in the system of productions relations in the conditions of restructuring of enterprises of Ukraine. Purpose of research: determination of theory and methodology of restructuring as process of transformation of socio-economic form of enterprise on the modern stage of market transformation of economy, developments of above all directions of restructuring of enterprise, establishment of role of socio-economic institutes in the improvement of activity of enterprises as the com-petitive structures of market. Methods of research: dialectical and system methods; complex analysis; logical and historical approach; methods of analysis and synthesis. Results: political economy es-sence of restructuring is grounded as the process of structural devel-opment of productions relations socio-economic form of enterprise; conformities to the law are explored evolutions and personal touches of enterprise in the conditions of market economy; methodology of restructuringof enterprise is certain in the conditions of market transformation of economy, forming of enterprise as the primary structural link of the new economic system; conception of methodo-logical approach is developed to restructuring of enterprise as proc-ess of transformation of productions relations, his socio-economic form in the conditions of transformation economy of Ukraine; es-sence of restructuring of enterprise is considered in two foreshorten-ings: restructuring of enterprise as process of redesign of his socio-economic form and as process of transformation of organizationally-economic, technological, skilled subsystems to the terms of compe-tition external environment; essence and staples of restructuring of enterprise is certain as a political economy category; conformities to the law of organization, functioning and development of joint com-panies, joint-stock pattern of ownership as the forms of development of corporate production informative economy are exposed; direc-tions of native change of character of socially-labors relations, or-ganization of labor, forming of the new system of motivation of personnel, are considered to the terms of becoming and development of enterprise as primary structural link of market economy of mod-ern type, transition to the informative economy; conception of basic forms of restructuring of enterprise is offered in foreshortening of institutionalization of productions relations and organizational mechanisms providing transformation of the real enterprises to the competitive structures of market; new approaches are grounded to developments of questions, methodology of restructuring of state enterprises, and also enterprises which conversion on the basis of processes of bankruptcy; the system of indexes and indicators de-termining the criteria of efficiency of processes of restructuring of enterprise is certain. Novelty: first: restructuring is certain as eco-nomic law of structural development of productions relations; re-structuring of enterprise is considered as mechanism and process of structural changes in the system of productions relations socio-economic form of enterprise; methodological conception of restruc-turing of enterprise is certain on the modern stage of markets re-forms; political economy conception of restructuring of enterprise is developed as market reform; improved: theory of conformities to the law of development of productions relations; principles on transfor-mation of relations of ownness in the process of privatization of enterprises of imperfect competition; location and role of personnel in the processes of restructuring of enterprise as market reform; conception of partner character of relations between employers and wageworkers; conception of organizational forms of restructuring of enterprises; further development was got: theory of criteria of effi-ciency of restructuring of enterprise; methodological approaches to restructuring of state enterprises.
