Essay

Object - professional and pedagogical training of elementary school teachers. Goal - to ground scientifically theoretic and methods basis and elaborate conceptual principles for development of information competences of future elementary school teachers; to define information and communication pedagogical environment, which is transformed into perceptive didactic model of formation of the phenomenon being studied. Theoretical results and novelty - for the first time the theoretic and methods basis and conceptual principles of development of information competences at a higher educational institution are grounded; the set of categories of the problem under study is specified; the term "three subject didactics", as a modern model of teaching is introduced; the essence and structure of the phenomenon "information competences of future elementary school teacher" is defined. The new didactic model for development of the above mentioned phenomenon is offered on the material of the course "History of Pedagogics". The model is based on integration of traditional and information and communication forms and methods of teaching. Organizational and pedagogical conditions, evaluation criteria, components of informational competences of the future elementary school teachers and the levels of their development as well as variants of information competences are defined. Practical results and novelty of the research lie in the fact that a new experimental technique and system of teaching of the course History of Pedagogics at higher educational pedagogical institutions using ICT were developed and implemented into the practice of training of future teachers and Master Degree in Preschool and Elementary Education program students. Subject and degree of implementation - distance learning system Web-Multimedia Encyclopedia "History of Pedagogics" was developed. This system is one of the most important components of the information and communication pedagogical environment providing it's more efficient functioning. Efficiency of implementation - high. Sphere - pedagogical, higher educational institutions, classical universities, institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education.
