Essay

The thesis is devoted to scientific grounding of modern system of optimization of intensive medical care to adult population as the existing system does not provide the sufficient level of medical and social efficiency and rational use of resources. The basic lacks of the organization of intensive medical care have been determined. During research the basic cases of mortality have been established in hospitals' intensive therapy divisions of different level of granting of medical care. According to the research the system of optimization of intensive medical care on principles of systematic and functional unity, keeping certain elements of existing system are proved.
