Melnyk T. The development of the national adjustment policy in the global trade system formation

Thesis is dedicated to development of the new theoretical - methodological principals of the national adjustment policy formation under conditions of globalization strengthening and on this ground - argumentation of the strategic trends of the Ukrainian export potential development. In the dissertation work it is investigated the theoretical principals of realization of the national economic interests as the scientific - methodological basis of the national adjustment policy development. It is defined the essence of the categorical concept of the national economic interests in the foreign trade sphere and improvement of their formation and defense concept. It is investigated the evolution of the trade flows system regulation, the institution regulators' role and the sources of the competitive advantages in the modern post-industrial economy and on this ground paradigm of the foreign trade policy in the context of the national economic interests realization is being developed. It is analyzed the modern state of development of the multilateral intergovernmental foreign trade relations adjustment, possibilities of the national economic interests provision, and also influence of the WTO basic agreements with the Ukrainian many - branch enterprises activity and it is defined the provision directions of the competitiveness on home and world markets. It is improved the methods and measures of the Ukrainian adjustment policy in the foreign trade sphere under conditions of globalization strengthening. It is investigated the branch segmentation of the international commodity markets with regard to Ukrainian priorities. It is substantiated methodological approaches for estimation of the economic potential and strategic trends of Ukrainian export development within cluster model framework in purposeful trend for the provision of transition to the higher clusters according to the GDP per capita level with help of mathematical apparatus of neural networks on the basis of comparison between clusters and Ukraine in the export commodity structure under criteria of relative comparative advantages.
