Borshchevskyy V. Optimization of Ukraine and Poland economic cooperation in process of Ukraine approaching to EU.

Methodological principles as well as applied aspects of optimization of the bilateral economic cooperation of the post-socialist states under conditions of the European integration are elaborated in the dissertation. New paradigmatic approaches as to solving of the existing problems in imitation of the Ukraine and Poland economic cooperation are proposed. Practical recommendations for the state authorities and the local self-government bodies concerning optimization of the Ukraine and Poland trade and investment cooperation in the process of the further Ukraine approaching the EU are formulated on the basis of these principles. Special attention is paid to the investigation of the institutional factors of optimization of the economic cooperation with Ukraine and Poland subjects of the external economic activity and the power institutions under conditions of the expanded EU. Recommendations as to the overcoming of the main institutional barriers concerning achieving of the optimal parameters of the mutual integration of the Ukraine and Poland economic complexes are elaborated. Improvements of the home normative and law acts, which regulate sphere of the trans-border cooperation aimed at its approaching the optimal state are proposed. Priority spheres of optimization of the Ukraine and Poland economic cooperation as to the short-term, middle-term and strategic prospects are projected. Conclusions directed at the maximum uncovering of the geoeconomic potential of the Ukraine and Poland power supply cooperation as well as adjusting of the optimal interaction of the states in the sphere of services and the agroproduct sector are drawn, aimed at the full value integration of Ukraine into the European economic system.
