Latyshev E. Scientific base of forming personal resources of the public health in process development family medicine in Ukraine

Object of study: the system of formation and use of the health workforce in the development of family medicine. Objective: To substantiate the concept of formation of the health workforce based on the strategy of development of family medicine and to develop a model for its implementation. Methods: bibliosemantical, medico-statistical, sociological methods, and methods of peer review, conceptual and mathematical modeling, systems approach and analysis of historical analogies. The methodology of research used a systematic approach, structural, and logical analysis of individual subjects of studies and their results. Theoretical and practical results: a thesis presented a theoretical synthesis and reasonable solution of important scientific problems of formation of the health workforce in the development of family medicine. Found the main factors that influence the formation of labor resources and to explore their relationship. Proved the need for improvement and suggested methodological approaches to the calculation standards for staff health facilities in different fields. The institutional and economic components of the training and monitoring of labor resources. Conception and developed model of the health workforce, the introduction of which is of great scientific and practical importance. The novelty lies in the fact that for the first time in Ukraine on the stage of systemic change in the health sector from all sides is based on science and improved system for monitoring labor of family medicine, the methodology of forming their roster, improve the system of rationing, institutional and economic components of the training. The degree of implementation is that unsubstantiated model of labor force, which improved the methodology for human resources planning, integrated analysis of departments of family medicine, which are introduced at the state level.
