Essay

The main scientific result of scientific work is theory and new methods of car speeds determination at road collision. New scientific and technical problem of basic indices determination for the collision of vehicles transport is under time the road - transport events are solved in the first in dissertation. Energy dissipated in deformation and destruction of car constructions is more important only from them. Consideration of such energy allows substantially to multiply authenticity of judicial motor-vehicle examinations due to the rise of exactness of determination of speeds of cars at accomplishing DTP. Phenomenological theory which sets dependence between the change of hardness of the deformed metal and energy dissipated in such deformation makes the theoretical basis of dissertation. The use of this theory needs the previous forming of technological passports of materials which the basic elements of vehicles are made from. Experimental researches are conducted, on the basis of which the calibrate graphs are built "hardness - intensity of tensions - intensity of deformations" for sheet materials of type of a 08кп of different thickness used in motor industry. Such graphs allow to set dependence of hardness on specific potential energy, consequently it is possible to estimate after hardness the energy dissipated in deformation and destruction of car elements damaged at the collision. Verification of the methods offered of deformation work determination consequently of rates of movement of cars is conducted at their collision during conducting of the real judicial motor-vehicle examinations. Approbation showed satisfactory co-ordination of computation results of the power values executed by different methods. Influence of speed effects on replacement of plastic properties of materials in dissertation is first appraised it is developed to model material sensible to speed of deformation. Work of plastic deformations is appraised by means such model taking into account influencing of dynamic effects on property of materials.
