Dytchak M. Theoretical-methodological bases of forming of the system of Sport for All in Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of the theoretical-methodological argumentation of the process of formation of the system Sport for All in Ukraine. The author treated and realized the conception of the humanization of the process of attraction of population to physical activity during leisure for strengthening of health as methodological basis for formation of the system Sport for All. The essence of the Sport for All system and peculiarities of its development in the world context are analyzed. The system of attraction of population to the physical activity in Ukraine in the second half of the 20th century is investigated. The author has defined the aim, function hierarchy and the structure of the system Sport for All. Significance and principles of the public administration of the Sport for All system are described. The technologies of the public administration of the Sport for All system are introduced: strategical planning, social projection and monitoring. The author proved the conceptual approach and meaningful components for preparing managers for the Sport for All system.
