Object – professional pedagogical preparation of the future teacher of Economics in university of nonpedagogical profile. Purpose – scientific- theoretical ground for the concept and pedagogical conditions of the formation of creative pedagogical potential of the future teachers of Economics and it’s realization in the process of professional preparation in university of nonpedagogical profile. Theoretical results and novelty: to rationalize the conceptual basis for the formation of creative pedagogical potential of the future teachers of Economics in university of nonpedagogical profile and to determine the value of integrative communication and operating components of the concept of psychological and pedagogical training; the relationship of theory and practice in mastering the future teachers of Economics substantive and procedural features of creative teaching activities was grounded; positive attitudes towards creative teaching activities (motivational and evaluative aspect), to itself as a creative person (individual creative aspect) and the manifestation of the subject in existence (reflective and innovative aspect) were build; to develop a conceptual and theoretical model formation of a creative pedagogical potential of the future teachers of Economics, which depicts the problem of professional pedagogical training through the prism of subjective activity, transformative activity that is manifested in the formation of a creative position of the student; certain components of creative teaching potential of the future teachers of Economics (motivational and evaluative, reflective, creative) and the allocation of criteria for assessing the level of mainstreaming were determined. Practical results and novelty – creation of diagnostic techniques update the creative teaching potential of students, which covers the technological steps of professional and pedagogical training, creative management of professional and creative development of students in the process of theoretical and kvaziprofessional training; using interactive forms of learning, reflective practice , trainings. Object and degree of introduction – the integrated courses “Fundamentals of psychology and pedagogics” (introduced sections: “Psychological regularities of professional skills”, “Specialist as a subject of activity”, “Personal characteristics in the system of professional skills”), Fundamentals of didaskalogy”, “Creative management training” were developed. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch is pedagogical, higher educational establishments.
