3. The important scientific problem connected with the complex geological? economic and ecological estimation of the hydrocarbons resources base in Prikaspijskiy region and the perspectives of its steady raising in Azerbaijan was solved. The forecast of ecological and economic consequences of increasing production of hydrocarbons in Prikaspijskiy region was fulfilled and the nature protection technological means and normative statements developed by the author were offered.
