Processes of world economy development in conditions of globalization are analyzed. Complex research of theoretical basis of global economic development, grounding of its asymmetric character on the basis of influence of objective and subjective factors, identification of appearance forms of asymmetry and measuring of its level in social and economic sphere as well as determination of the ways of formation of the effective institutional mechanism of its regulation. Dialectical, historian-logical, system-structured analysis, method of the analysis and syntheses, quantitative and qualitative comparison, prediction and expert assessment, cluster modelling, statistical and graphic methods. The evolution of the inequality, as a general regularity of the capitalist market system development, is explored and, on the bases of dominant theory and key criterions, six historical stages of researches are selected; the author definition of the category "asymmetry of global economic development" is formulated; the appearance forms of asymmetry are identified as well as its potential concerning the determination of the main trends of global economic development is grounded; processes of regional structuring of world financial market are investigated and factors that stipulate the formation of new centres of global financial capital accumulation are clarified. The practical results towards the ground of the arrangements concerning stimulation of the process of investment of the internal private savings into national production.
