Essay

Dissertation is directed for technology scientific base development of receiption of biologically active additives with a correcting action in relation to the digestion processes. Considerable attention in the work is spared to comprehensive phytogenous biocorrector description: determination and receipt of components with enzymatic and inhibitory activities, determination of substrate hydrolysis reaction and phytogenous biocorrector digestive enzymes inhibition reaction kinetic parameters, researches of enzyme co-operation type with correctors-inhibitors and biocorrectors with a biopolymeric matrix co-operation as a result of immobilization. Developed technologies of BAA – the digestion process correctors are economicly grounded and include such basic stages: selection of biocorrectors from raw material.
