The dissertation research is devoted to the analysis of the Italian model of humanism, i.e. the systems of world's outlook orientation where the man is a centre. Logic of becoming and development of humanism is reproduced from the times of Renaissance till the ХХ-ХХІ centuries. Consideration of wide range of problems of humanism was carried out on the grounds of research of theoretical views of A. Banfi, А. Gramsci, B. Croce. The conception of "New humanism" of А. Peccei and the creative approach to the problems of humanism of U. Eco.
