This thesis is a study of regularities, principles, the structure and mechanisms of formation and organizational interaction in systems of various types. Thanks to the integrated use research methods, a sociological theory of organizational interaction has been created, which makes it possible to determine the specificity, place and role of institutional interaction in the social management of any society; to determine regularities, principles and mechanisms of formation and reproduction of interaction in the managerial systems of various types; to justify the evaluation criteria, to determine methods of assessment measures and techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of institutional interaction.
