The dissertation deals with the actual problem in clinical urology - to elaboration and the substantiation of the differential approach to the treatment of the patients for different forms of the chronic prostatitis. There were studied the clinical, biochemistry, immunological, instrumental index and the pathogenetical sections of the moves and the courses of these disease. The results of the researches of the clinical and functional characteristics of the different forms of the chronic prostatitis were showed. The activations of the processes on the Peroxide Oxidation of Lipids and the depression the Antioxidative properties in patients with the chronic prostatitis were discovered. That was very important role in the processes of the chronic and progress of the chronic prostatitis. The manifestation of the endothelial dysfunction and the disturbance of local bloodstream in prostata was the result of increasing of the level of Endotelini - 1 in the blood serum. The variability of heart rhythm as a indicator of balance of the sympathicus and parasympathicus nervous system was study in patients with the psychical manifestations. The schemes of choice of the method of treatment of the patients with the different forms of the chronic prostatitis were eleborated and tested. That was the possibility to improve the clinical effectiveness and to achieve the stable remission and to increase of the fraction of the patients with the positive clinical effects.
