Object is processes of technological preproduction of manufacture of odd-shaped pats of energy machines and processes of creation of technological equipment. Purpose is creation of scientific bases for project of high productivity flexible technological systems that increase the competitive efficiency of energy machines manufacture. Methods are system analysis, theses of machine-building technology, theory of machines and mechanisms, mathematical logic, functional analysis, vector algebra, analytic geometry. The novelty is a new scientific approach to the creation and functioning of high productivity flexible technological systems for manufacture of odd-shaped pats of energy machines in multi-nomenclature production and discrete unstable release program. The results are multiple increase of productivity and accuracy of mechanical processing of odd-shaped parts of energy machines, as well as reducing of labour costs and timing of technological preproduction of these pats in 5 - 6 times. Industry is machine-building enterprises of Ukraine
