Essay

Object of research - papillomavirus infection of skin and mucous. Research objective - to raise efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic tactics of management patients with epithelial neoplasms of skin caused by human papillomavirus (HPV), on the basis of the complex clinico-epidemiological analysis, studying of condition of the general cellular immunity and an establishment of histological and immunohistochemical changes. Research methods: clinical, epidemiological, laboratory (biochemical, immunologic, histological, immunohistochemical), statistical. The thesis is devoted to the actual problem of dermatology and venereology - Human papillomavirus of the skin, clinics, state of local and general cell-mediated immunity, management of warts. The four clinical variants of skin HPV infection were characterized. These variants were correlated with the number of CD4+, CD8+, CD20+ in peripheral blood and the expression of CD4+, CD8+ T-lymphocytes, epidermis viral load intention (koilocytosis), proliferative viral activity (expression of Ki67). The management of HPV skin lesions, which includes an excision of wart by radio-wave surgery in combination with intralesional and/or intramuscular injection of 12,5% cyclopheron allows to increase the number of patients with the complete remission up to 15,5 % of treated patients. Results of work are introduced in work of the Kiev city dermatovenerologic dispensary, regional dermatovenerologic dispensaries of Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Lugansk, Kharkiv, Republican dermatovenerologic dispensary АR Crimea, and also in educational process of department of dermatovenerology and cosmetology of faculty of internship and postgraduate education, department of dermatovenerology of Donetsk national medical university of M.Gorky.
