This doctoral thesis is devoted to the research of the European economic integration and its influence on trade and economic interaction between the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) member-states. Conceptual approaches to qualitative and quantitative analysis of the European Union development process were suggested; the European Union role as anticrisis stabilizer of global economy were substantiated and necessity of the European Union further enlargement with accession of East-European, Balkans and Caucasus countries and Ukraine first of all were shown. New methods for estimation of national productive and external trade potential were developed;
