Kalinichenko I. Hygienic bases of physical education optimization of schoolchildren

The dissertation solves the problem of grounding hygienic accompaniment of physical education of children in modern educational establishments. It proves the importance of establishing interrelation between academic process organization and results of effective physical education with the purpose of creating such organized motion activity of children that brings health. Information technology of expert evaluation of hygienic descriptions of study conditions is developed with the use of weight coefficients on three levels in the system of binary evaluation relations. Certain features of motivation formation to health-bringing physical activity of schoolchildren are defined and certain factors which influence efficiency of physical education lesson are found out. It is proved, that the increase of volume of the organized motive activity in the conditions of general educational establishments is accompanied with the increase of health level. Laws stipulating changes of mental capacity, psychical functions, physical development and functional indexes of organism and state of health of students, in dependence on the volume of motive activity and organization of physical education in general educational establishments are defined. The conceptual model of optimization of school physical education is developed and conceptual principles of hygienic accompaniment of physical education of children are defined.
