The dissertation contains the new conceptual approaches to the analysis of appropriateness and structural components of the global financial crises that are considered as the sudden, synchronized disequilibrium in the international financial markets, that appears as a result of the spread of destabilization of the financial attitudes system functioning of the epicenter countries to the other regions of the world. The author defines his own concepts of "the world financial crisis", "the system determinants of the world financial crises", "the financial instability", "the currency crisis", "the bank crisis" and "the debt crisis". The researches of the system determinants of the world financial crises were carried out. Their economic essence is revealed in a context of the fundamental factors and the logic relationship of cause and effect between the occurrence of imbalances in the financial markets and infringement of the integrated unity of the system forming elements of the global financial architecture. The phases and stages of the world financial crises development were systematized. The author analyzed the process of the financial crisis spread to the global economy within the active phase, in particular through the channels like the general external shocks and the similarity of macroeconomic conditions; through the foreign trade, financial, information and political channels.
