Essay

This research focuses on the theoretical summing and a new approach to the problem of social competence of intending teachers. It is based upon the definition of methodological apparatus and conceptual grounding for creating educational surrounding in higher institutions, which models the principles of democratic society and enables self-determination of students and their efficiency in diverse spheres of social work. The paper elucidates the historical background and modern conceptual approaches to social competence of the youth.
