Essay

In dissertation theoretical and methodical bases of integration orientation of primary musical education of children are first examined with the paropsiss, where musical education concerns as the phenomenon of aesthetically beautiful and artistic culture of personality. Integration of maintenance of artistic activity is grounded as the most effective principle of teaching to music of children of this category. An author examine the reasons of lag of level of primary musical education of children of this category from children with normal sight and the ways of providing of process of its normalization open up. The modern requirements are described to professional preparation of music masters for the special schools of children with the lacks of sight, the sharp necessity of reformation of this direction of school and institute of higher education is grounded.
