Korzh V. Medico-biologic support for top level athletes

Dissertation is devoted to study of morpho-functional features and biochemical changes that arise in separate organs and body tissues under the considerable physical exercise with the aim of creation of the top level athletes medicobiologic support system. The dynamics level of morbidity and communication of diseases and pathologies in manifestation of which physical exercise has scientifically evident influence was analyzed. Peculiar properties of changes in separate biological systems of body prior to pathosis when significant exercise is applied were defined. Characteristics of acute and late changes of cellular metabolism under the significant exercise was studied and the peculiarities of these changes progress in the body tissues depending upon the level of exercise were explored. In the process of training and competition activity the changes in hemic system indices were explored. The changes of hemic system under which the functional status and the periods of adaptation of the athlete’s body are evaluated were stated. Following the results of quantitative and qualitative parameters of peripheral blood cells of athletes analyze the record of hematologic study of athletes was developed. The approaches for correction of changes in the body under the extreme physical exercise were developed. The restorative and health-related complex was proposed for and its effectivness was proved.
