Gaidutskiy A. Migrants’ remittances in the system of international capital market.

The results of theoretical,methodological and practical issues of migrants’ remittances has been shown in the thesis. It is proven that remittances represent an additional sector of international capital market – migration capital. The economic essence and classification characteristics of migrants’ remittances are subject of comprehensive research as well as the formation of theoretical and methodological approaches to identify it as a type of international capital flow. The economic nature of formation and functioning of migration capital has been determined as well as the methodological problems of approach to migration capital calculations have been described and the own way have been suggested. The research defined the current development of institutional infrastructure of remittances,especially the role of specialized money transfer operators and post offices,the circumstances of popularization of informal remittances channels,the progress in legalization of its flows thanks to developing of banking system. It has been shown the influence on human,social,economic development on migrants’ households and macroeconomic stabilisation in receipt countries on the whole. The influence of 2008-2009 economic crisis on remittances market has been determined as well as the anti-crises and countercyclical nature of migration capital has been defined.
