The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and methodological study of the problem of future music teacher vocal and sonic culture formation in the process of professional training. The peculiarities of professional training of future music teacher in contemporary higher education establishments were analyzed, role and importance of teacher's vocal and sonic culture determined as a component of his/her professional preparedness. The sense of concept "music teacher vocal and sonic culture" was revealed, its structural components characterized, the peculiarities of future music teacher vocal and sonic culture formation in the process of his/her professional training analyzed. The effect of musical therapy on future music teacher vocal and sonic culture studied.
