Prokopenko L. Public administration in education in Ukraine: formation and development (IX - beginning of XX century)

An object are the public relations, forming within the process of public administration in education in Ukraine; purpose - scientific substantiation of the essence, formation and development of public administration in education in Ukraine in IX-th - beginning of XX-th century and revealation of the ways to use received results in the practice of public administration in education of today; methods - system approach, system-analytical, content analysis, system-historical analysis, periodization, chronological, logic-semantical, historical and logical analysis of literary sources, structure-functional analysis, comparative analysis, generalization; a novelty - the systematic and conceptual analysis of formation and evolution of public administration in education in Ukraine is carried out; leading tendencies and conformities of development of public policy in the education sphere and their influence on development of public administration in the sphere of education are exposed; results - the model of state-public administration in education is developed; it is inculcated in activity of organs of state administration, educational establishments, industry is state administration.
