3. Dissertation research is devoted to the ground approach of the systems to perfection of the subsidiary means system as the most important component in qualified athletes prepare. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental verification methodology of application subsidiary means for special working capacity potential realization of qualified athletes in training and performance was developed. Methodology is the system of knowledge's having a special purpose setting subsidiary means, principles of their application depending on an orientation of training process and performance. It includes the science-theory ground conception of application subsidiary means for recovery and working capacity stimulation in structural formations of training process. An association of subsidiary means in single cycles lies in basis of conception working capacity stimulation "load-recovery-recovery stimulation-working capacity stimulation-load" in the conditions of the alternated reading with the large loadings (performance).
