Essay

Object - professional and pedagogical training of elementary school teacher. Purpose - to ground theoretically the concept and the experimental methods of forming professional mobility of a future specialist of elementary school in the context of continuous pedagogical education. Methods - theoretical, empirical and statistical. Theoretical results and novelty - the concept of forming professional mobility of a future teacher of elementary school in the context of higher education has been developed; the concept "professional mobility of a future teacher of elementary school" has been characterized and introduced into the scientific use; pedagogical essence and the criteria (subject-oriented, cognitive, procedural and behavioral) have been defined; degrees (passive, limitedly searching, actively searching, active) of professional mobility of elementary school teacher, originality of professional mobility display of elementary school teacher have been found out; the model and the methods of forming of defined personal and professional qualities have been developed and approved, factors of influence, pedagogical terms and factors which provide the productivity of the analyzed process have been identified; the phenomenon "professional mobility" and essence of notions "educational sphere", "educational area" of formation professional mobility of a future specialist of elementary school, organizing and methodical conduct of this process have been defined. Practical results - the methods of forming students professional mobility, the special course "Professional mobility as a basis for self-realization of a future teacher of elementary school", methodical recommendations for the students have been developed. Efficiency of introduction is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher educational establishments.
