As a result of three stages investigated 200 families raising children with mental development (CMD), conducted from a position of systematic approach, determined that the particular mental state of family members depend on the degree of well-being of their family relations. Systematically studied and individual-psychological properties of marriages, bringing up a child with CMD, established types of parent-children relationship, the state of functionality and communication of married families with "special" child. Identified the types of violations of family interaction, established their relationship with severity of marital conflict, individual-psychological characteristics, type of parent-child relationship and the level dysfunktsionalnosti family. The algorithm for determination of rehabilitation potential of the family, which is the basis of differentiation and volume Content actions with medical and psychological support. Based on the data a concept of medical and psychological support of family, raising a child with CMD, scientific, developed and implemented in clinical practice for medical and psychological support, differentiated according to the rehabilitation potential of family consisting of three stages: psychodiagnostic actually rehabilitation (with the stage of active intervention and support suportyvnoho) and evaluation.
