The dissertation offers a comprehensive analysis of methods of technical means use for correction functional condition, mental working abilities of limited possibilities of youth health and, in particular, blind pupils and students a possibility to train and perform running, coordinating, forcing, speed and other physical exercises in athletics halls and in swimming-pools with the use of orientation technical means to prevent falls and impacts. During physical exercises blind pupils and students acquire knowledge, skills, habits, locomotion and sensory experience, which give a possibility to social adaptation and increase the quality and economic effective usage of athletics halls and a coach's work.
