This thesis is devoted to the complex research of criminal and procedural issues concerning legal status of subjects (participants) involved into international criminal justice sphere. Special attention is paid to theoretical research determining the notion "subjects" (participants) of international criminal and procedural relations in international and legal acts, to the doctrine of international law, to national and legal conceptions. Author's definition of this problem is presented; classification of "subjects" (participants) of international criminal and procedural relations is conducted.
