The dissertation is devoted to an establishment of fundamental legitimacies of interaction of protons in the field of energies <3 МэВ with substance, definition of analytical opportunities of methods of a nuclear microanalysis and requirements of examination of materials, and also development and practical embody-ing of scientifically proved technical solutions on making corresponding hardware both methodical main-tenance and application of new procedures for not destroying examination of an element and radioactivity composition of substances, materials and products.
