Essay

The object of the research is central and peripheral haemodynamics, its periodic changes in the range of 0.003-0.4 Hz frequencies. The goal of the research is to investigate the properties of regular haemodynamics oscillations and their individual peculiarities at rest and with different loading among healthy people on the basis of the development and application of new method approaches. The applied methods are electrocardiography, impedance tetra-polar reography, arterial tonometry, pneumo- and spirography. The results of the research consist in the new theoretical concept to be formulated and proved as to the importance of involving oscillations of R-R interval duration and struck blood volume with 0.003-0.4 Hz frequency in keeping relative current and individual-typological stability of the main characteristics of the cardiovascular system functioning. The new developments consist in considering the main frequency and amplitude characteristics, individual differences of blood struck volume oscillations and R-R interval duration, their correlation at rest and with different loading among healthy people. The additional pulse frequency peak, alongside baroreflectoral peak, with higher frequency in the low wave range of 0.04-0.15 Hz being able to synchronize the waves of different haemodynamics indexes was determined. The level of blood filling of the lungs alongside the changes of cardiac output level and arterial pressure was determined to lead to the amplitude modulation of haaemodynamics regular oscillations as a compensatory factor. The application of maximum cross-spectral power was substantiated for assessing the parameters of functioning spontaneous baroreflectoral sensibility among people. The author discovered and explained a number of phenomena concerning the influence of typological levels of respiration frequency and cardiac output on the wave structure of pulse frequency oscillations. The results of the research were applied in the research and education work of three Universities of Ukraine Education Ministry and Ukraine Health Ministry Institute. The sphere of usage is the Physiology of a man and an animal, functional diagnostics.
