The dissertation research dedicated to improvement of complex treatment of urological diseases on acute calculous pyelonephritis (ACP) complicated with diabetes mellitus (DM) on a base of peculiarities of kidney inflammation process using principles of prognosis to choose the correct treating tactic. The complex investigation of patients with ACP and DM used computed interval cardiometry for staging the VNS. In postoperative period for such a patient used neuroprotective therapy, than allowed improve the state of VNS. Computed interval cardiometry used for diagnostic and prognostic purpose.
