The analysis of institutionally-genetic aspects of evolution of Anglo-Saxon identity is carried out. Conceptual bases of Anglo-Saxon model of capitalism are defined. The basic components of economic model of the United Kingdom are analysed. The mechanisms of interaction of the United Kingdom and the USA within financial globalization are demonstrated. Channels and social and economic consequences of global diffusion of Anglo-Saxon model of capitalism are systematized.
