Essay

The phenomenology and mutual relations of mental, vegetative and somatic com-ponents of paroxysmal (medical emergency) and permanent manifestations is examined with 821 patients with psychosomatic pathology (vasomotor dyscrasia, idiopathic hyper-tensia, ischemic heart disease) from the position of system approach. The clinic of medical emergency is made up by two syndromes: properly psychovegetative dysfunction and stressresponses. Two types of clinical course pathology are deduced: psychosomatic and somatopsychic pathologies which are preferentially characterised by psychovegetative or vegetative and somatic character of paroxysmal and permanent manifestations. Medical emergency is accompanied by affectivelyreduced state of consciousness which together with a stressresponse makes up of separate links a whole structure of pathogenetic mecha-nisms of psychosomatic disorders. The model of pathogenetic mechanisms of psychoso-matic pathology developing is worked out. It is based on the strategy of behaviour of the person that consists of 2 levels - a way of behaviour and a way of reaction of the person. In its developing certain stages are considered: preclinical disturbances - polysystem pathol-ogy - monosystem pathology - organpathology. On the basis of examination the system of complex therapy both the secondary prophylaxis paroxysmal and permanent implications is developed and used. Comparative analysis of effects of their medicamental treatment, application of rational and suggestive psychotherapy, psychopharmacological support at cupping of emergency states and between them are carried out. Keywords: a psychosomatic pathology, a way of behaviour, a way of reaction, a psychovegetative syndrome, stress response, affectively reduced state of consciousness, vegetative crises, hypertonic crises, stenocardia attacks, psychocorrection of emergency states.
