Dissertation is devoted to methodologically-theoretical background and experimental verification of innovative educational technology of preparation of specialists of socionomical occupations at higher school. It is carried out the scientifically systems analysis of modern approaches of preparation of specialists of this group to their vocational activity at higher school. Methodologically-theoretical principles of development and application of innovative technology in preparation of specialists of socionomical occupations were defined and grounded. Also there was defined and grounded group of socionomical professions on the basis of object and description of their professional activity, that was instrumental in determination and ground of professional competence for the following group of professions: socially-diagnostic; socially-simulated; socially-predictable; socially-designed; socially-technological; socially-reflexive.
