The thesis solves the actual problem of urology - establishment of the pathogenetic role of disturbances in urodynamics of lower urinary tracts in development and progress of chronic cystitis and prostatitis, as well as it gives proof of necessity in the differential approach to treatment of patients suffering from chronic cystitis and prostatitis by effecting on the clinical course, recovery of urodynamics, elimination of functional, neurovascular and reversible morphological disturbances of the bladder and the prostate.By experimental researches it has been proved that functional disturbance of urethral urodynamics results in urethral-prostatic reflux of urine which affects blood circulation in the prostate and functional activity of the nuclei of epithelial cells, changes in thiol - disulfide ratio on the molecular level, activation of free radical oxidation and proteolytic enzyme elastase with accumulation of malonic dialdehyde in the prostate gland.. The complex treatment of patients suffering from chronic cystitis and prostatitis aimed to recovery of urodynamics of the lower urinary tracts and blood circulation in the bladder and in the prostate, elimination of the obstructive process in the urethra, in discharging tubules and in the acini of the prostate, modulation of the inflammatory and sclerosing process allows to eliminate the chronic inflammatory process, pathological symptomatology and to improve patients' quality of life.
