Essay

The complex researches and scientific and theoretic argumentation of approaches to quality of chemical methods of identification of components of extemporaneous preparations were carried out. The standardization procedure of validation of methods of quantitative determination of components of 38 extemporaneous preparations with the developed scheme of carrying out of analysis, the calculation of criteria of an acceptability, the forecast of full uncertainty of results for most using analytical methods: spectrophotometry, photocolorimetry, refractometry and titrimetry were developed for the first time in Ukraine. On the basis of the experimental results were developed the methodical recommendations for the increase of quality control of extemporaneous preparations in the conditions of drug store. The results of research were used in creation of monograph of State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine 5.N.1.1 "Extemporaneous preparations".
