Khudolii O. Theoretical-methodical bases in the system of preparation young 7-13 year old gymnasts

Dissertation is devoted to motivate theoretical and methodical bases in the system of young 7-13 year old gymnast's preparation. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental check-up the conception of educational and training process on the ground of designing certain components in the system of young gymnasts preparation has been developed. A number of principle arranging as to the programming of young gymnasts educational and training process at the beginning and basic stages of preparation were made be the results of conducted researches. They contain common reasons for arranging ways of overwhelming orientation in the period of teaching and training young gymnasts. The correlation of at towed time for different kinds of training during a month cycle classes with 7-13 year old gymnasts in the period of motion study and preparation for competitions has been determined. The organization of training loading during classes and mesocycles at the beginning and basic stages of young gymnasts preparation has been improved. Efficiency of construction of educational and training process on the base of informational models has been substantiated. Conclusions that have been formulated in the scientific paper are conceptual. They form principles for further improvement of approaches as to the analysis of the system of young gymnast's preparation and informative providing of this method.
